  • You are valued, you are seen, you are welcome here!

Many people struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, comparison, or feeling disconnected from their authentic identity. I provide compassionate and affirming support for those exploring race, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexuality, and their individual role within various systems of oppression.

  • We all remember how hard it was.

I help our young people understand the root of their concerns, develop healthy coping skills, and build emotional resilience during a critical stage of development. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, teens learn how to manage anxious thoughts, regulate emotions, improve self-confidence, and navigate school, relationships, and life transitions with greater ease.

  • This shit is hard! Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with parent/mom guilt, navigating work-family balance, processing loss of self, or seeking support for anxiety and burnout, therapy helps you build self-awareness, resilience, and practical coping skills.

  • All relationships are significant: Romantic, Platonic, or Familial. Shit, if I could talk to pets I’d have you bring them too!

Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, conflict patterns, trust issues, boundary-setting, or transitions in connection, relationship counseling helps you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build healthier ways of relating.

  • For all of my baddies who read The Body Keeps the Score and had their world rocked!

Trauma therapy supports individuals in understanding how past wounds affect thoughts, emotions, relationships, and day-to-day life, and helps them build resilience through gentle, evidence-informed approaches. With supportive therapeutic guidance, you can move through triggers, reduce symptoms of anxiety and hypervigilance, and cultivate a deeper sense of healing, empowerment, and well-being.

  • Let’s process some trauma in a fun way, with props!

Brainspotting is a mind-body approach that helps individuals access, process, and release deep-seated emotional pain, trauma, and stuck patterns stored in the nervous system. By using focused eye positions called “brainspots,” this therapeutic method supports clients in gently moving through experiences that feel overwhelming or hard to talk about, helping the body and brain reorganize and heal.

Change can bring excitement and possibility, but also stress, doubt, and overwhelm. In therapy, you’ll explore what this transition means for you, build clarity around your values and goals, and develop practical tools to cope with stress, decision-making, and emotional ups and downs.

  • Need I say more?
