How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Reach out through my booking link and pick a day and time that works best for you! Once confirmed, you’ll receive a link to a video call for us to meet. Bring whatever questions you have for me, I’m happy to go through all of them!
What is it like to work with you?
Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. My approach to therapy is direct, trauma informed and prioritizes the client as a whole person, not just someone experiencing a symptom. There's more to the picture than just the feeling. Sessions tend to include deep dives into childhood, unpacking unhelpful narratives about yourself and others, some humor, and a lot of direct and compassionate support to move you toward your goals.
How much is a session with you?
Just you in the room? $175 per 50 minutes. Couples, Friends, Family (anything 2+ folks in the room?) $200 per 50 minutes.
I do have a sliding scale for those in need and will negotiate if able! Additionally, there are low cost/free scholarship funds you could access for support. Schedule a free consult to learn more information about relevant therapy funds/scholarships!
Do you take insurance?
I don't. For those with a PPO plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your provider! Not sure what this is or if you qualify? Feel free to use the free free Out of Network Calculator (to the left) to check! Feel free to ask me more about this benefit!
What can I expect in my first session?
Are your sessions virtual or in person?
Virtual!
