How much is a session with you?

My fees range from $130-$175 for 50 minutes, based on need. Please ask me about the way I structure my rates, I try my best to provide an accessible and equitable sliding scale, I'm happy to try and meet you where you're at!

Do you take insurance?

I  don't. For those with a PPO plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your provider! Not sure what this is or if you qualify? Feel free to use the free Mentaya widget below to check! Using your benefits can be annoying, but at Therapy With LT, we'll submit those claims for you on your behalf to reduce any added stressors. Feel free to ask me more about this benefit!

Are there financing options for me?

Are your sessions in person or online?

Currently, I'm 100% virtual. In person sessions are an option upon request, when needed for treatment, at my Encino based office.

What are your hours of operations?

I currently schedule sessions Monday - Thursday with my earliest appointment starting @12pm and my latest starting @6pm.

Do I have to be a WOC to receive services?

Nope! I provide services to all who resonate with my message and want to heal through a modern therapeutic lens that honors identity, intersectionality, and external systems impacting wellbeing!
